The following fees have been established for the workshop:

Payments in euros are converted to US dollars based on the exchange rate on the day that the payment is processed, which is usually within two business days of registering.
Registration fees include the following:
- Lunches for the Days of the Workshop
- One Networking Mixer
- Coffee Breaks
- Materials (Lectures; Experiment Booklets)
Discounts are available for five or more participants from the same research group. All group members should contact the workshop coordinator, Jillian Nickell, to confirm the discount, and they should register on the same day. You are responsible for handling travel expenses and arrangements. Your place at the workshop is guaranteed once payment has been received. If no payment is received within 48 hours of registration, your place will be forfeited. Fees are payable by credit card. Once we have processed your payment, we will email you your receipt. Questions should be directed to the workshop coordinator, Jillian Nickell.
Lab enrollment is limited to 25 participants, and lecture enrollment is limited to 200. If you would like to present a poster on the first day of the workshop, please submit an abstract of 300 words to the local workshop coordinator. Poster presentations are limited to 25.
