Registrants are responsible for handling travel and accommodation arrangements. For cancellations, partial refunds of 30% will be made after April 1, 2009. Full refunds less processing fees will be made on or before April 1, 2009. For questions about payment, please contact the course coordinator.

Discounts are available for five or more participants from the same research group. All group members should contact the workshop coordinator, Christopher Norman, to confirm the discount, and they should register on the same day. You are responsible for handling travel expenses and arrangements. Cancellations may be made for a refund, less a $100 processing fee, until March 20, 2011. After March 20, 2011 no refund will be given. Your place at the workshop is guaranteed once payment has been received. If no payment is received within 48 hours of registration, your place will be forfeited. Fees are payable by credit card. Once we have processed your payment, we will email you your receipt.
