The following fees have been established for the workshop:

Payments in euros are converted to US dollars based on the exchange rate on the day that the payment is processed, which is usually within two business days of registering.
Registration fees include the following:
- Lunches for the Days of the Workshop
- One Networking Mixer
- Coffee Breaks
- Materials (Lectures; Experiment Booklets)
Discounts are available for five or more participants from the same research group. All group members should contact the workshop coordinator, Fabiola Elias, to confirm the discount, and they should register on the same day. You are responsible for handling travel expenses and arrangements. Cancellations may be made for a refund, less a $100 processing fee, until June 17, 2016. After June 17, 2016 no refund will be given. Your place at the workshop is guaranteed once payment has been received. If no payment is received within 48 hours of registration, your place will be forfeited. Fees are payable by credit card. Once we have processed your payment, we will email you your receipt.
